Springfield CMAR Wastewater Treatment Plant

Southern Civil is partnering with Ruby-Collins on this project to deliver the structures and equipment, enhance system reliability through built-in redundancy, and design the facility to accommodate a future average flow rate of 1.8 MGD, with a peak flow rate of 5.4 MGD. Overall, the project includes significant upgrades to the facility, including a new Influent Pump Station, Headworks Screening and Grit System, vertical biological treatment process, Secondary Clarifier, new Return Activated Sludge (RAS) Pump Station, Drain Pump Station, and a Motor Control Center (MCC) Building. The scope also encompasses electrical and SCADA control systems, as well as all associated site piping, grading, and paving.
