Southern Civil LLC is a diversified contractor specializing in water and wastewater treatment infrastructure for municipal and industrial clients across Georgia and the Southeast. Our management team has successfully completed numerous water and wastewater projects, building a reputation for quality work, schedule adherence, and a commitment to safety that our clients count on.

More than Construction

The construction aspect of the water and wastewater treatment industry is not the only experience Southern Civil has under its belt.

As everyone in this industry is aware, obtaining funding for such a venture is the first step in the process. Funding is then followed by the design phase, then planning, then construction, then start up, and finally closing out the project.

Southern Civil has experience in all the previously mentioned phases that must be achieved to make a project successful. From working with grant writers to project close out, the management team at Southern Civil, LLC has been fortunate enough to experience the spectrum from beginning to end.

    Supporting startup activities, testing, and system commissioning to ensure new infrastructure performs to design specifications from day one.

    Project Closeout

    Managing all project closeout requirements — documentation, record drawings, regulatory sign-off, and warranty coordination — so owners can move forward with confidence.
