We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and willing to learn on the job while contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Duties
- Assist with the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
- Load and unload materials and tools as required for construction projects.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying materials as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks according to project timelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site throughout the duration of the project.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
- Must be able to follow instructions accurately and work under supervision effectively.
