The McIntosh Well project includes the installation of erosion and sediment control measures, approximately 350 linear feet of 18-inch C900 DR 18 PVC water main, one fire hydrant assembly, pavement removal and replacement, and connections to existing water mains, along with all associated appurtenances.
Work also includes the installation of one (1) 1,500 GPM deep well pump, chlorine equipment, pump house, electrical components, metering systems, site piping, and a telemetry system to support operations.

Springfield CMAR Wastewater Treatment Plant

Southern Civil is partnering with Ruby-Collins on this project to deliver the structures and equipment, enhance system reliability through built-in redundancy, and design the facility to accommodate a future average flow rate of 1.8 MGD, with a peak flow rate of 5.4 MGD.
Overall, the project includes significant upgrades to the facility, including a new Influent Pump Station, Headworks Screening and Grit System, vertical biological treatment process, Secondary Clarifier, new Return Activated Sludge (RAS) Pump Station, Drain Pump Station, and a Motor Control Center (MCC) Building. The scope also encompasses electrical and SCADA control systems, as well as all associated site piping, grading, and paving.

This project consisted of the expansion and upgrade of the existing Water Reclamation Facility from 2.0 MGD to 4.0 MGD, along with the installation of approximately 20,000 LF of 24-inch force main through Fort Stewart to the Taylors Creek discharge pipe. Work included replacement of the existing headworks, installation of new SBR equipment within the existing tankage, construction of a parallel cloth filter system, upgrades to the UV disinfection system, and installation of multiple pumping stations to support the expanded capacity.
