The Facility Upgrade Division A work shall be to increase the treatment capacity of the existing plant from a 0.7452 MGD Facility to a 1 MGD average monthly flow and a 3 MGD peak facility. The existing facility consists of an Aeration Pond, a Facultative Pond and a Polishing Pond. These existing ponds are proposed to remain. A new plant site is proposed approximately 900’ southeast of the existing plant headworks.
