The scope of work for the project included: Grading, dredging, and cleaning of the reject pond; construction of concrete driveways; installation of drainage pipes and structures; selective demolition; installation of electrical controls; erosion control and grassing; installation of a manual filter screen; construction of an influent pump station; installation of an SBR system; installation of a disk filtration system; installation of UV disinfection; construction of a reject pump station; installation of a sludge dewatering system; installation of an emergency power supply; and installation of a transformer.

The Facility Upgrade Division A work shall be to increase the treatment capacity of the existing plant from a 0.7452 MGD Facility to a 1 MGD average monthly flow and a 3 MGD peak facility. The existing facility consists of an Aeration Pond, a Facultative Pond and a Polishing Pond. These existing ponds are proposed to remain. A new plant site is proposed approximately 900’ southeast of the existing plant headworks.

The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the WWTP Update and Improvements. More specifically, the project will consist of clearing and grubbing, grading, dredging and cleaning of existing lagoon, granite roadway base, rock drive, asphalt paving, gravity sewer, drainage pipe and structures, electrical controls, erosion control and grassing, complete influent pump station, complete headworks, complete inline pump station, complete SBR system, complete disk filtration system, complete UV disinfection, complete reclaimed water pump station, complete sludge dewatering system, emergency power supply, transformer, and laboratory casework.
